Status Quo, Problems and Solutions of Technical Service in Dali University Libraries

Abstract: Firstly ,this paper summarizes the technical service achievements of Dali University library since its establishment from
the aspects of hardware and software, such as LAN&WLAN and central computer room, digital library and digital borrowing&
returning, remote access etc. Secondly, it points out that the current problems in service, such as the poor automation, old equipment
and poor management, lack of funds and professionals, etc. Finally, we put forward the feasible measures and solutions to the problems,
which will play an active role in improving the technical service and realizing the service innovation under the new situation of
"Internet +" and "Big Data".
